On Friday, August 30, our Grade 10 students proudly unveiled their art exhibition, Die Stadt und Ich, at the Bürgersaal of the Neues Rathaus. This captivating showcase provided a unique insight into how our students perceive and interpret the city of Hannover through their artistic expressions.

We were honored by the presence and support of key city officials, including Ms. Blasberg-Bense, Head of Youth, Family, and Sports, and Ms. Bender, Head of Education and Culture, from Landeshauptstadt Hannover. A highlight of the event was a speech by Lord Mayor Belit Onay, who officially opened the exhibition.

Following the opening ceremony, the exhibition was open for public viewing for an additional two and a half weeks at the Neues Rathaus, allowing even more visitors to engage with the students’ interpretations of their city.
