Student Teaching Placements (Pflichtpraktika)
At ISHR, we especially welcome internship applications in our Primary School, where hands-on opportunities are plentiful and strong support is greatly welcome. While we also value internships in Secondary, please note that due to the more specialised and varied curriculum, these placements can be more limited and competitive.
We are continually looking for qualified student teachers who enjoy working with children and taking responsibility for their care. If you want to gain experience in an international environment with people from over 65 different countries, this might be the right place for you to intern!
Ideally, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- English native speakers or non-native English speakers with good English language skills
- Outgoing
- Self-reliant
- Team player
- Collaborative
- Flexible
There are many benefits to completing your student teaching placement at ISHR. Also, with over 60 nationalities represented, working at ISHR provides a great cultural experience.
