Die ISHR hat einen Director und einen Business Director, die von der GmbH ernannt werden und die Gesch\u00e4fte f\u00fchren. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit hat er in Taiwan, Hongkong, D\u00e4nemark, Deutschland und China gearbeitet. John kam von der Harrow International School in Peking zur ISHR, wo er stellvertretender Leiter einer 1600 Sch\u00fcler:innen starken Schule mit zwei Standorten war (von 3 &#8211; 18 Jahren). Er bringt auch wertvolle und einschl\u00e4gige Erfahrungen aus seiner fr\u00fcheren T\u00e4tigkeit als Sekundarschulleiter und stellvertretender Direktor der Bavarian International School in M\u00fcnchen mit. John ist stolz und dankbar, der Direktor der ISHR zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>John und seine Frau Carole haben zwei T\u00f6chter (geboren in Hongkong und Taiwan) und k\u00f6nnen daher die Freuden und Vorteile einer internationalen Ausbildung best\u00e4tigen &#8211; sowohl als Schulleiter als auch als Eltern.<\/p>\n<p>John ist ein begeisterter Musiker und spielt eine Vielzahl von Instrumenten (mit unterschiedlichem Leistungsniveau), darunter Gitarre, Schlagzeug, Klavier, Banjo und Ukulele. Auch wenn er seine Zeit als Marathonl\u00e4ufer hinter sich hat, l\u00e4uft John immer noch gerne und ist auch ein begeisterter Radfahrer. Sie hatte schon immer ein besonderes Interesse am Erlernen von Fremdsprachen. Patr\u00edcia spricht flie\u00dfend Portugiesisch, Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch und hat einige Kenntnisse in Franz\u00f6sisch und Italienisch. Seit ihrem Eintritt in die ISHR im Februar 2010 hat Patr\u00edcia verschiedene berufliche Aufgaben innerhalb der Schule \u00fcbernommen, von der Finanzabteilung bis zur Aufnahme, und ist derzeit als Business Director t\u00e4tig. Als Mutter von zwei T\u00f6chtern, die beide die ISHR besuchen konnten, hat Patr\u00edcia sowohl als Elternteil als auch als Mitarbeiterin einen hervorragenden Einblick in die Schule. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patr\u00edcia liebt Musik, ist eine leidenschaftliche S\u00e4ngerin und stolzes Mitglied der ISHR-Mitarbeiterband. Danach war Carole mehr als zehn Jahre in der Leitung von Sekundarschulen in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten und Japan t\u00e4tig, bevor sie 2020 als Leiterin der Mittelstufe zur ISHR-Gemeinschaft stie\u00df. Seit dem Schuljahr 22-23 ist Carole die stellvertretende Direktorin der ISHR.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Als leidenschaftliche, lebenslang Lernende hat Carole einen BA in englischer Literatur und Soziologie, einen BEd in Secondary Education, einen MA in International Educational Leadership und promoviert derzeit. Sie interessierte sich besonders f\u00fcr die fr\u00fchkindliche Erziehung, denn der Grundstein f\u00fcr das Leben wird bereits in jungen Jahren gelegt! Neben ihrer Arbeit im Kindergarten war sie in den Schulferien als Reiseleiterin f\u00fcr Jugendreisen t\u00e4tig. Nach insgesamt 16 Jahren Berufserfahrung im deutschen Bildungssystem legte Alexandra eine berufliche Pause ein.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In dieser Zeit bekam sie mit ihrem Mann Jan zwei Kinder und begann ein neues Abenteuer mit ihrer Familie. Als Familie verbrachten die vier eine aufregende Zeit in Belgien und Bahrain. W\u00e4hrend ihrer Zeit im Ausland sammelte Alexandra viele Eindr\u00fccke von verschiedenen Schulen mit unterschiedlichen Lehrpl\u00e4nen. In Bahrain leitete sie im Auftrag der Deutschen Botschaft Sprachkurse (DAF) f\u00fcr junge Menschen. <\/span>In Belgien arbeitete sie als Vertretungslehrerin an der Antwerp International School. Im Mai 2022 begann sie ihre Arbeit bei der ISHR.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In ihrer Freizeit trifft sie sich gerne mit Freunden&#8230; auf einen Kaffee, einen Spaziergang, zum Abendessen&#8230; und dann wird viel geredet und gelacht. <\/span>Von Zeit zu Zeit genie\u00dft sie es aber auch, allein zu sein, Musik zu h\u00f6ren, ein Buch zu lesen, einen Film zu sehen oder sich sportlich zu bet\u00e4tigen. Vor seiner T\u00e4tigkeit am Beacon Community College war Paul stellvertretender Leiter der Costessey High School in Norwich, Gro\u00dfbritannien.<\/p>\n<p>In seiner langj\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeit als Lehrer und Schulleiter hat Paul ein breites Spektrum an Erfahrungen im Schulmanagement auf h\u00f6herer Ebene gesammelt. Er war auch an der Gr\u00fcndung eines unabh\u00e4ngigen Kindergartens und einer Schule in Norfolk, UK, beteiligt. Jake arbeitete zun\u00e4chst als Co-Leiter f\u00fcr Englisch A und \u00fcbernahm dann 2012 den Posten des stellvertretenden Leiters der Sekundarstufe. Zuvor unterrichtete er Englisch A1 und A2, derzeit unterrichtet er englische Literatur auf Diplomebene und unterst\u00fctzt Sch\u00fcler:innen, die Literatur selbstst\u00e4ndig erlernen. Jake ist seit 2007 Diploma Tutor und einer der Trainer des Varsity Boys Football Teams.<\/p>\n<p>Jake und seine Frau haben zwei kleine M\u00e4dchen, die ihn auch au\u00dferhalb der Schule sehr besch\u00e4ftigen.
