eine Schulpsychologin und legt damit einen bewussten Schwerpunkt auf das Wohl der Sch\u00fclergemeinschaft. Es gibt viele Bereiche in der Schulberatung und der Schulpsychologie, die sich \u00fcberschneiden k\u00f6nnen, wie z. B. die Einzel- und Gruppenberatung von Sch\u00fcler:innen, die Beratung von Lehrer:innen \u00fcber die besten M\u00f6glichkeiten der Unterst\u00fctzung von Sch\u00fcler:innen im Unterricht und die Bereitstellung von Unterst\u00fctzung und Ressourcen f\u00fcr Eltern.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"small-12 column\">\n<div id=\"c965\" class=\"frame frame-default frame-type-textmedia frame-layout-0\">\n<div class=\"ce-textpic ce-right ce-intext\">\n<div class=\"ce-bodytext\">\n<p>Schulpsycholog:innen haben eine spezielle Ausbildung in den Bereichen Entwicklung von Kindern und Jugendlichen, psychische Gesundheit, schulische Interventionen, psychoedukative Beurteilung und Bewertung sowie Schulrecht. Schulpsycholog:innen sind darin geschult, herauszufinden, wie diese Elemente zusammenwirken, um das Verhalten, das Lernen und die allgemeine Anpassung der Sch\u00fcler:innen sowohl im Kontext der Sonderschule als auch der allgemeinen Schule zu beeinflussen. Die Schulpsychologin an der ISHR bietet folgende Dienstleistungen an: Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrer:innen, Eltern und Sch\u00fcler:innen, um den Sch\u00fcler:innen direkte Unterst\u00fctzung und Interventionen zu bieten, Konsultationen mit Lehrer:innen, Familien und anderen an der Schule besch\u00e4ftigten Fachleuten f\u00fcr psychische Gesundheit (d.h., Schulberater:in, Schulkrankenschwester), um die Unterst\u00fctzungsstrategien zu verbessern, Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung (sowohl im Primar- als auch im Sekundarbereich), um die schulweiten Praktiken und Richtlinien zu verbessern, Zusammenarbeit mit Anbietern in der Gemeinde, um die erforderlichen Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcler:innen unserer Schule zu koordinieren, und Erbringung einer breiten Palette von psychoedukativen Dienstleistungen: Durchf\u00fchrung von Beurteilungen und Bewertungen, Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Erstellung von Zielen und Vorgaben f\u00fcr einzelne Sch\u00fcler:innen sowie von Verhaltensinterventionspl\u00e4nen. Gemeinsam mit dem Rest der WSST hilft die Schulpsychologin der ISHR-Gemeinschaft, die schulischen Leistungen erfolgreich zu verbessern, eine positive psychische Gesundheit zu f\u00f6rdern, ein sicheres Schulklima zu unterst\u00fctzen, Partnerschaften zwischen Familie, Schule und Gemeinde zu st\u00e4rken und die individuellen Fortschritte der Sch\u00fcler:innen in den Bereichen Bildung und
