Team (WSST) unterst\u00fctzt Sch\u00fcler:innen vom Kindergarten bis zur 12. Klasse. Dazu geh\u00f6ren p\u00e4dagogisch-psychologische Unterst\u00fctzung, Lernf\u00f6rderung sowie soziale und emotionale Beratung. Die Schule bietet auch Unterst\u00fctzung in Form von Universit\u00e4ts- und Berufsberatung, Unterst\u00fctzung in der Muttersprache und Englisch als zus\u00e4tzliche Sprache. Diese Gruppen arbeiten eng im Team miteinander und mit unseren Lehrkr\u00e4ften zusammen, um Sch\u00fcler:innen und Eltern mit einer breiten Palette von Dienstleistungen zu unterst\u00fctzen, die den akademischen, emotionalen und sozialen Bed\u00fcrfnissen aller unserer Sch\u00fcler:innen gerecht werden. Dabei handelt es sich um einen mehrstufigen Ansatz, der von der Fr\u00fcherkennung bis zur intensiven Unterst\u00fctzung von Sch\u00fcler:innen mit Lern- und\/oder Verhaltensbed\u00fcrfnissen reicht. Die Sch\u00fcler:innen erhalten je nach ihrem Bedarf Ma\u00dfnahmen unterschiedlicher Intensit\u00e4t. Diese Unterst\u00fctzungen k\u00f6nnen von einer Vielzahl von Mitarbeiter:innen erbracht werden, darunter Klassenlehrer:innen, LE- und Beratungslehrer:innen und Spezialist:innen. Alle Sch\u00fcler:innen an der ISHR profitieren von der Stufe-1-Intervention. F\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler:innen, die ein gezielteres Ma\u00df an Unterst\u00fctzung ben\u00f6tigen, werden Ma\u00dfnahmen der Stufe 2, wie z. B. &#8222;Push-in&#8220;-Unterst\u00fctzung im Unterricht, angeboten. Dazu k\u00f6nnte auch eine gelegentliche Beratungsunterst\u00fctzung geh\u00f6ren. Sollte der Sch\u00fcler oder die Sch\u00fclerin eine intensivere Unterst\u00fctzung ben\u00f6tigen, w\u00fcrden sie f\u00fcr Stufe 3 in Frage kommen. beseitigen, bietet das WSST ein Learning Enrichment (LE)-Programm zur Unterst\u00fctzung von Sch\u00fcler:innen mit Lernbedarf in der Vorschule, der Grundschule und der weiterf\u00fchrenden Schule
