Der Schutz des Wohlergehens von Kindern und Jugendlichen liegt in der Verantwortung aller und wir erwarten von allen Mitarbeiter:innen, Freiwilligen und Besucher:innen, dass sie diese Verpflichtung teilen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Einklang mit den Empfehlungen der Internationalen Arbeitsgruppe f\u00fcr Kinderschutz halten wir uns an die h\u00f6chsten Standards in Bezug auf den Kinderschutz. Die ISHR setzt sich f\u00fcr die Sicherheit ihrer Sch\u00fcler:innen ein, indem sie eine Kultur der Transparenz schafft und sich gegen bedenkliche Praktiken im Umgang mit Kindern ausspricht. Die Schulkultur ist darauf ausgerichtet, Unprofessionalit\u00e4t im Umgang mit Kindern aufzudecken und somit die M\u00f6glichkeiten einzuschr\u00e4nken, junge Menschen auszunutzen.
