Fees Overview
€ 3.500,00 payable on initial registration for each child and non-refundable in Kindergarten through to Grade 10.
Grade 11 and 12 have a special Examination and Graduation fee.

The school fees include most charges, including most books, except in the Diploma Program in grades 11 and 12. Students are asked to provide their own consumable materials.
Notice Period
Please be aware that two months’ notice must be given for those leaving during the school year. Notice given after May 31st for students leaving at the end of the school year will result in 25% of next year’s school fees being charged. The contractual partner is permitted to provide evidence that no damage or reduction in value has occurred at all or is significantly lower than the lump sum payment.
Non-Payment
The school depends upon prompt payment of fees to meet its own obligations. Those whose accounts fall into arrears may have school attendance privileges withdrawn. No records will be forwarded to other schools or given to parents while an account is in an unsatisfactory condition.
Financial Aid
Financial aid is available upon written request, accompanied by the appropriate financial documentation.
Pro-Rated Fee
For students who enroll late or leave early pro-rated fees according to the following schedule apply:

Sabbaticals
Students are allowed to take a sabbatical. For a leave of absence of more than 3 months, a charge of €1.000,00 will apply per school year per student to retain the student’s place in their appropriate class. Sabbaticals must be applied for in writing, providing two months’ notice. An admission fee will not be charged upon return.
Hot Lunch Fee
Students may either bring lunch from home or, by advance arrangement, partake of the hot lunch programme. The cost and agreement is obtainable from the school.
